No. FleetZap is built to work fully manual. Meters can be logged by hand or from the field app. Trackers are an optional layer we can install and connect for you.

Yes. The field app runs in the phone’s browser, with nothing to install. Scanning QR labels uses the camera.

Absolutely. Maintenance is the core; rentals is a module you can switch off in Settings and it disappears entirely.

Add assets in the app or use the spreadsheet (CSV) importer on any plan; on Enterprise we load the data for you.

Each company’s data is isolated, sign-ins use salted password hashes, files are served with signed, expiring links, and roles control who sees what.
